Panel production
Custom-fit solutions With precision, experience and flexibility.

We focus on your requirements: the PCB expertise of EVYTRA

The production of industrial PCBs is a complex process with numerous mechanical, chemical and photosensitive work steps. Each PCB is a customized product - depending on the structure, material and technical requirements, the individual production steps vary in duration, sequence and complexity.

Printed circuit board production

EVYTRA is the choice - when it comes to
precision, timing & costs.

On completion of all production steps, the PCBs are removed from the production panel - a process that must be carried out with the utmost precision to ensure functionality and dimensional accuracy. Depending on the requirements, three common processes are used: punching, scribing and milling - or a combination of these methods.

  • Punching offers a high cycle output and is ideal for large series. The disadvantage lies in the tool costs, but these are quickly amortized with high quantities.
  • Scoring is particularly suitable for small PCBs without spacing, as the usable area can be fully utilized.
  • Milling delivers maximum precision for complex contours, but is more time-consuming and cost-intensive.

As an experienced PCB distributor with technical expertise, EVYTRA will help you select the right separation method - tailored to your product, your quantities and your requirements in terms of accuracy and cost-effectiveness. Through close coordination with our production partners and technical support throughout all process steps, we ensure optimum results - from planning to the final panel cut.

Your advantage with EVYTRA:
A customized production strategy, reliable quality and a partner who combines technology, cost reduction and efficiency.
