Have Gerber files checked:
Design aid for printed circuit boards
At EVYTRA, your Gerber files and article-specific requirements are systematically compared and checked against your individual specifications. To do this, we use a standardized checklist that is always provided to our partners in the same format - for fast and error-free processing.

Steps for generating Gerber files
-
Design validation: Make sure that your PCB design is complete and has no design errors. Check for design errors, component placements and electrical connections.
- Exporting the Gerber files: Use the export function of your PCB design software to export all required layers (copper, solder mask, position print, etc.).
-
Check the files: Use a Gerber viewer to check your files for errors.
-
Compression and sharing: Compress your Gerber files into a ZIP archive and add additional required specifications & drawings.
- Transfer to EVYTRA: Send the compressed files to your EVYTRA team and sit back as we take over the rest of the process from here. Which begins with a check to ensure that the data is complete.

EVYTRA - your reliable partner in the procurement process
We take care of the data check, coordinate with the PCB manufacturer and clarify all specific requirements - from the surface finish and material specifications to individual special requests.
During the entire process, we will keep you transparently informed on request and proactively contact you as soon as further information is required. This leaves your head free for the essentials: Your projects.

How does EVYTRA check the data?
Once your Gerber data has been submitted, it is processed in a timely and structured manner. As part of a design rule check (DRC), we check the feasibility using our customer-specific expertise.
If there are any queries that fall outside the scope of either the manufacturer or EVYTRA, you will receive an Engineering Question (EQ) for final clarification.
As soon as all points have been coordinated, your design is optimally adapted to the production processes of the respective manufacturer. The production programs created are then transferred directly to the machines - and production can begin.
Rely on our many years of experience since 1969 for a smooth process and an impressive result!
