Certified PCBs
Quality assurance at the highest level

At EVYTRA, supplying electronic components that are not only safe but also reliable is our top priority. Quality is of particular concern to us, and every product is produced in accordance with customer-specific requirements and international standards and tested during intermediate and final inspections.

In general, the production of printed circuit boards is subject to strict norms and standards to ensure high reliability and quality.

Labeling and seal of approval: Transparency for our customers

EVYTRA pays attention to the clear labeling of printed circuit boards with relevant standards and test seals - thus offering customers a high degree of transparency and safety.
Typical markings include the UL logo with the corresponding type class, as well as information on compliance with RoHS and REACH.

This information is often visible directly on the PCB, for example in the form of laser engravings, imprints or serial numbers, which ensure traceability.

UL certification
Tested safety for printed circuit boards

The UL certification (Underwriters Laboratories) is an internationally recognized proof of safety and confirms that printed circuit boards and their manufacturing processes meet strict requirements.

  • Flammability: Assessment of the fire behaviour of the materials to minimize the risk of fire.
  • Electrical insulation and dielectric strength: Testing of dielectric strength to prevent short circuits and electrical breakdowns - including checking minimum distances, creepage distances and flashovers.
  • Thermal stability and load capacity: Simulation of temperature cycles to ensure mechanical and electrical stability even under changing thermal conditions.

IPC standards
for quality & reliability

IPC standards are regarded as the global standard for the production and quality assurance of printed circuit boards and cover a wide range of areas that are essential for the performance and reliability of PCBs.

  • IPC-A-610: Defines the acceptance criteria for the visual inspection of electronic assemblies, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the customer and manufacturer.
  • IPC-A-600: Determines the acceptance criteria for printed circuit boards. This standard describes both ideal conditions and permissible deviations, which are divided into different quality classes.
  • IPC-6012: Contains detailed performance criteria for rigid PCBs. In combination with IPC-A-600, this standard makes it easier to understand and implement the requirements.

EVYTRA ensures strict compliance with these standards, which are crucial to guarantee the highest quality and ensure the functionality of the PCBs even in demanding environments.

ISO certification
Manufacturing processes at the highest level

ISO certifications improve the quality and efficiency of production processes and commercial processes, which leads to trust among customers and partners. Transparency, efficiency and sustainability are key here.

EVYTRA itself is certified and we pay just as much attention to the process quality of our international suppliers.

  • ISO 9001: This standard defines the requirements for an effective quality management system. Companies that are certified to ISO 9001 can guarantee the consistent quality of their products and demonstrate continuous improvement of production processes. This is crucial to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term reliability.
  • ISO 14001: This certification focuses on environmental management systems and demonstrates that the manufacturer follows environmentally friendly practices to minimize ecological impact. Measures such as reducing waste and optimizing energy consumption are key elements of this standard.

ISO 13485: Developed specifically for medical technology, this standard ensures that the manufacture of printed circuit boards meets the strict regulatory requirements of the industry. This includes not only product quality, but also documentation, traceability and risk management.

IATF 16949: The IATF 16949 certification ensures the highest quality standards in the automotive industry and focuses on continuous improvement, error prevention and optimized processes along the entire supply chain.

RoHS and REACH
Environmentally friendly production

Compliance with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) and REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals) is a key aspect of modern PCB production and environmental compatibility.
These EU directives and regulations help to minimize the environmental impact of the electronics industry and ensure the protection of people and nature.

  • RoHS: This directive restricts the use of certain hazardous substances such as lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium and brominated flame retardants (PBB, PBDE) in electronics production. Compliance with RoHS helps to improve the recyclability of printed circuit boards and prevent the release of toxic substances into the environment. Manufacturers are obliged to ensure that their products do not exceed the permitted limits for these substances.
  • REACH: This regulation ensures that chemical substances used in PCB manufacturing are registered and evaluated. The aim is to guarantee the safe use of these substances along the entire supply chain. REACH covers a wide range of materials and auxiliaries used in PCB production and requires
manufacturers to provide comprehensive information on their potential impact on health and the environment.

EVYTRA pays strict attention to compliance with norms and standards, as we consider them to be a key success factor for competitiveness and innovation in the PCB industry. Certifications - such as UL for products and ISO for companies - guarantee that PCBs meet the highest quality and safety requirements and ensure that manufacturers meet the diverse requirements of a wide range of industries.
