A well thought-out user guidance concept is the key to a functional and intuitive HMI. EVYTRA combines functionality, design and durability for intuitive operation. Pure touch solutions, on the other hand, have disadvantages depending on the area of application - due to the lack of haptic feedback, for example.

  • Capacitive touch technologies - Precise, touchless operation without the need for force.
  • Haptic buttons & touch displays - Intuitive control, even with gloves or in dynamic applications.
  • Displays with glass structuring - Blind, precise operation thanks to structured glass surfaces, e.g. sliders, wheels or Braille.

Your path to an individual HMI
In 5 steps.

At the start of the project, we define the specifications together and create initial samples to make your vision tangible.

  • Component selection - Together, we define the specifications and select the optimal components - from glass to electronics to the housing.
  • Prototype development - Initial samples make your vision tangible. Up to five prototypes are developed into a coherent overall concept.
  • Small series tests - A test series of approx. 50 units checks functionality and quality under real conditions.
  • Optimization - Based on the test results, we optimize your product for series production.
  • Market launch & series production - After the final adaptation, we support you with the market launch and series production through to the assembly of your OEM product.

Design printing is crucial for HMIs, as colors are not only used for individual designs, but also play a central role in user guidance.

EVYTRA is one of the best when it comes to design printing behind glass. After more than two years of intensive process development in digital printing, we are setting new standards in terms of detail accuracy, colour brilliance and individualization.

  • Individual designs - with natural structures & color gradients - reproduce detailed surfaces deceptively realistically.
  • Razor-sharp motifs- logos, consecutive numbers (e.g. for hotel rooms) or individual coding, tailored to your requirements.
  • Translucent effects - We use this special printing technology to create what is known as dark design: controls and buttons disappear when not in use and only become visible when activated - for a modern, elegant interface that guides users intuitively

Inhouse production
with modern machinery

EVYTRA offers you extensive experience in all areas of production - from individual solutions and manufactured goods to large series of up to 15,000 pieces per year. At our site in Villingen-Schwenningen in the Black Forest, we produce exclusively in-house and work together with regional partners in an innovation cluster.

Over 8,000 m², we combine the entire value chain: glass processing, mechanical precision, laser engraving and assembly - all under one roof. State-of-the-art machinery, qualified staff and continuous quality checks ensure our high standards. We have been DIN ISO 9001 certified for over 30 years. We are particularly proud of our unmatched print quality and our high-performance glass processing centers.

Assembly up to the complete module

As a system supplier, we not only advise you on HMI and user guidance, but also procure and manufacture the complete assembly for you. We assemble your product at special assembly workstations tailored to the different products

Ready-to-install delivery throughout Europe

We deliver ready-to-install and on the desired date throughout Europe - including to the end customer in item-specific packaging. We also take care of obsolescence management and develop functional replacements in good time if required.

Highest quality through intensive testing

No system or circuit board leaves the company without a visual inspection and functional test. The systems are put through their paces in the installation situation. We offer certifications and extensive standard tests in partnership with a renowned test laboratory.
